I bring over 25 years of experience in church ministry, serving in a variety of leadership roles—including Executive Pastor—where I’ve helped churches navigate growth, staffing challenges, and operational complexity. I hold two degrees from Liberty University in Business and Ministry, giving me a unique ability to bridge the gap between spiritual leadership and organizational health.

Throughout my ministry, I’ve worked closely with pastors and church leaders to build strong teams, create effective systems, and lead through critical seasons of change. I’ve served as a staffing consultant for churches across the country, helping them clarify roles, hire the right people, and build structures that support long-term health and mission effectiveness.

In addition to my consulting work, I’m a conference speaker and preacher, a certified leadership and Christian life coach, a contributing author to Lifeway Research, and a podcast guest on topics related to church leadership, staffing, and organizational health. These opportunities have allowed me to equip and encourage leaders beyond the local church context while staying grounded in the real, day-to-day challenges pastors face.
